Print the label
Domestic returns are free. International returns deduct the label cost from your refund.

Send it back
Pack the items unworn with tags on. Drop the parcel at any post point.

Get your refund
We refund to your original payment method within five working days of receiving it.
04 / Repairs
Two years of free repairs.
Zips, seams, buttons and soles are repaired at no charge for two years after purchase. Send the item to our workshop with your order number and we return it within ten working days. Postage both ways is on us.
