01 / About Pellow
Clothes and goods for people who fix things.
Pellow began in 2019 in a rented workshop above a shoe repairer. We make a small range and stand behind every piece with free repairs.

02 / Our story
We started with one boot and one argument. A friend’s favourite boots had lasted twelve years and been resoled three times, and we could not find a new pair made to be repaired the same way.
So we made a short list: things people use every day, that fail in predictable places, that a good workshop can fix. Boots, jackets, knits, wallets, cups. Then we found the mills, tanneries and potters who could make each one properly and paid them what it costs.
Every piece is sold on its own so you can build a wardrobe slowly. Everything comes with a two-year repair promise, and the repair bench is in the same building as the office, so when a zip fails somebody walks it downstairs.

03 / What we hold to
01
Make it repairable
Stitched soles, replaceable zips and spare buttons in every pocket. If it can be fixed, we design it to be.
02
Pay the makers properly
We publish what each piece costs to make and never ask a workshop to cut its price to hit a discount.
03
Sell less, better
No flash sales and no countdown timers. We sell twenty-two things and restock the ones you keep.
